We are Fuerte Movement, a United States-based company offering personalized fitness, nutrition, and holistic coaching through the Fuerte Movement coaching app, led by certified coach Jazmin Margalef (Coach Jaz).

3. Ordering Coaching Services

Payments are processed via Stripe. Service terms depend on the specific package purchased, which will be detailed in your order confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Commitment Terms

Minimum Commitment

A binding contract period is required at the time of signup.

Cancellation Process

30 days' written notice is required via app messenger or email.

Early Termination

50% of the remaining balance is due upon early termination.

Medical Exceptions

Considered on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.

Post-Commitment

After your initial commitment period ends, your plan renews on a month-to-month basis.

5. Setup Fees

Non-refundable setup fees cover administrative onboarding costs associated with building your personalized coaching program.

6. Use of the App

The Fuerte Movement coaching app is available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. App-specific terms and conditions are contained within the application.

7. Modifications to Terms

Fuerte Movement reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
